I really like the fact that they have got some storage rooms, storage spaces, and a nice big pantry. And instead of trying to get downstairs, we sold a large home in Utah Valley with staircases and all, but here we’ve got space to put the things that we want and plenty of room to expand its just a really nice floor plan.

We like the location. It was South like we wanted to be and we looked at the quality of construction in the model home and we knew that it was a good decision.
