I really like the fact that they have got some storage rooms, storage spaces, and a nice big pantry. And instead of trying to get downstairs, we sold a large home in Utah Valley with staircases and all, but here we’ve got space to put the things that we want and plenty of room to expand its just a really nice floor plan.

It’s kind of an interesting story we were actually looking for a home for our parents, and we wanted to get into a situation where we could be close by and we liked the product so much that we decided to build a home alongside theirs, so we’ll be living across the street from each other.

I’ve been living in the South Ogden area my entire life which is over sixty years. We’ve moved four or five times probably within about two miles of where we’ve always lived and where we grew up. WE’ve been in the Ovation home since November and we love it!

We selected Ovation homes for a couple of reasons, we knew that it was time to get a one-level sort of condo living room but we really didn’t want to live in a condo so we knew Ovation Homes built a great patio home. We like the location. It was South like we wanted to be and we looked at the quality of construction in the model home and we knew that it was a good decision.
